They took care of our new truck when the engine light came on. Maybe service can speed up a little bit with getting parts. Four days for two 02 sensors. Other than that our truck is back in our hands and they took care of it. Pleased with service overall. Thanks guys.

The service department is wonderful. They have been so attentive and kind dealing with my truck. I was one of the dummies that bought the 2025 RAM 1500. 1st Gen engine. The dang truck has seen the shop more than the pavement. I just can't say enough about the service department and the appreciation I have for how thorough and responsive they are. I definitely recommend them for vehicle service and repair.

Stranded on a Saturday afternoon - Jordan Schmit, the General Manager and Owner, saved my day! On my way home after my first camping trip in my new F250 and new travel trailer, the front tire picked up a nail and was losing air fast. My car needed an oil change. They came to my work place to pick up my car for this service and brought my car back when they were finished.
They are very friendly. Provide nice waiting area with snacks and drinks. Bathrooms are clean.

Service Department here is absolutely great. I'm a nobody. Just passing through with a broken truck. They fit me in and even though parts are difficult to get. They made it happen. They have bent over backwards to accommodate me. Andrew is absolutely professional! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I couldn't figure how to get my Android phone to get the Google maps app working on my new maverick. My salesman was not in but another salesman helped me out. Jay did an excellent job, not just getting the phone/app to work, but explaining to me as he went thru the steps.
We had an issue come up, I called and spoke to Jordan and we set up a meeting. We went in and sat down and had a very nice open discussion. I’m very appreciative that the time was taken to meet with us on an issue that initiated from before they took ownership but they more than succeeded our expectation of how things would go.
