To Whom It May Concern, I have an F-150 Platinum that I purchased at Rudig Jensen. I recently had a small issue with it, and the service I received was outstanding. Jackie, Jon, Derrin, and service technician Dane were absolutely amazing. They took the time to listen to what I had to say and made me feel like I was the only customer they had. Once again above a beyond service from the Rudig Jensen/Freedom team. We are a small business that relies fully on the up time of our vehicle to service our customers. The day before we left for a three day vacation our primary vehicle started making a noise in the front end. Called Rudig Service, knowing our business and small windows of opportunity they said bring it in we will work it in while you are away. They had it diagnosed and fully repaired before we returned. The service crew is great to work with. They took the time to find me the best tires for my truck. I am very happy with them. They even let me use a loaner vehcile so I didn't waste time sitting around and waiting. I appreciate their friendliness!

Oh my gosh!! I was so pleasantly surprised! This is the first time I have ever had my vehicle cleaned for me and oh my gosh!! My truck smells so good and looks so amazing and I cannot say enough good things, thank you! I would recommend 100 times over and over.

If you go here, pay close attention and advocate for yourself! Very disappointed in my service experience here. Brought in a vehicle with a crank no-start condition for diagnosis. When I initially inquired on diagnostic fee I was told $169 + tax and that I would be called if it were to exceed that. Prior to coming to Rudig, the original PCM had failed and been replaced with a properly programmed PCM. At their request I brought them the original bad PCM for further troubleshooting. I was then told that neither PCM was good and I would need the PCM replaced again ... Read More

I was then told that neither PCM was good and I would need the PCM replaced again at a cost of $2400 parts and labor. I declined the repair and was told my diagnostic cost was $356, despite having never authorized a figure above the originally quoted $169. Fortunately they agreed and adjusted the bill to the originally agreed upon amount. When I received the car back, it had the original bad PCM still installed in it and the good PCM that was in it was nowhere to be found. When I called, they confirmed they still had it. I appreciate that it was delivered back to me after I called, but it is concerning that a $120 part that they value at $1800 was not automatically returned to me with the car. It is also troubling that they left the clearly bad part installed rather than returning the car to the state it was in when it arrived. Finally, suspecting that simultaneous failure of four injector drivers in a PCM that otherwise worked fine in the car seemed unlikely, I contracted an independent technician to assess the situation. Within an hour they were able to determine there was a grounding issue at the coil packs and the PCM was fine. Had I not been diligent, I would be out: -An additional $169 + tax in diagnostic fees -$2400 for a PCM + labor that wouldn't have fixed the issue, plus however much more they would have charged in diagnostic fees after that -The $120 spent on the PCM that really was good Fortunately I am only out the $169 plus tax, but I can't say that I got anything for that money but more headaches. Again, I appreciate that they made it right when I called them out, but I should not have to do so as a customer. I cannot recommend this service department in the least bit.

Used car prices were high and they didn't know of any other place close but there's another dealer a couple miles away with affordable Used cars

Great work. Personnel very accommodating. and willing to work with the customer. Staff very polite and helpful.
